- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent vocational training in masonry.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred, fresh candidates based on screening test will be considered.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in marble and granite installation techniques, knowledge of safety protocols, ability to train and mentor others, strong communication skills.

- Ability to mentor and guide aspiring furniture makers and carpenters
