Vacancies, Salary Structure & Eligibility Criteria
The recruitment drive includes two major managerial designations in procurement, based out of the Shillong office:
1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Procurement
- Number of Vacancies: 1 Post
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 78,000/- per month (Plus HRA, Mobile Allowance, and EPF contributions as admissible)
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Certification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management with exposure to international donor-funded projects (e.g., World Bank, IFAD, JICA, KfW). Strong grasp of donor procurement guidelines, procurement planning, contract management, and e-procurement systems.
2. Senior Manager – Procurement
- Number of Vacancies: 1 Post
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month (Plus HRA, Mobile Allowance, and EPF contributions as admissible)
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Certification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management with exposure to international donor-funded projects. Comprehensive understanding of donor procedures, procurement planning, and contract management.
Common Essential Skills Required
Applicants must possess strong written and verbal communication abilities along with proficiency in basic computer operations, including Word processing, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.{inAds}
Selection Process Details
Shortlisted applicants will undergo a written test/assignment followed by a personal interview, both conducted exclusively in Shillong. The written examination will evaluate Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English proficiency. Candidates currently employed must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer during the interview phase.
