Key Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Vacancy Details

• Graduate in Arts (B.A.): 8 Vacancies
• Graduate in Law (B.A. LLB): 2 Vacancies
• Graduate in Science (B.Sc.): 10 Vacancies
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com.): 10 Vacancies
• Year of Passing: Candidates must have passed their degree in the years 2024, 2025, or 2026. Candidates who passed before 2024 are not eligible.

2. Age Limit (As on May 31, 2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 24 years
• Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and Ex-servicemen as per Government of India rules.

3. Key Conditions

• Applicant must be a resident of Meghalaya.
• Candidates must possess an active email ID, mobile number, and EPIC card.
• Prior job experience or previous apprenticeship training for 1 year or more makes a candidate ineligible.

How to Apply Step-by-Step

1. NATS Portal Registration: Candidates must first register/enroll on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.mhrdnats.gov.in to generate a valid NATS Enrollment ID.
2. Download Application Form: Download the prescribed Application Format A from the official MeECL website or the direct link below.
3. Fill Out the Application: Complete all compulsory fields in capital letters without using initials. Ensure CGPA/Grades are converted into percentage marks.
4. Attach Self-Attested Documents:
   • EPIC / Passport
   • Consolidated/final mark sheet of qualifying degree (with conversion certificate if applicable)
   • Birth Certificate or 10th Standard Certificate for Date of Birth proof
   • 2 passport-size photographs
   • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable
   • Physical Disability Certificate, if applicable
