Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute along with a two-year Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising & Communication, Public Relations, or a combination thereof with at least 60% marks.

Age Limit & Relaxation:
- Maximum age limit is 29 years.
- Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD categories against reserved vacancies. Ex-Servicemen receive relaxation as per Govt. guidelines.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Selection Process
The selection process may involve a multi-stage process consisting of application shortlisting, written/computer-based test, and personal interview.
- If selection is conducted via written test and interview, weightage will be 85% for the online written test and 15% for the interview.
- Candidates must qualify separately in both the written test and the interview.
- The online written test consists of two separate sections: Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT), and candidates must qualify in both sections separately.
