- Age limit: Upper age limit must be 27 years as of the last date of application. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary: Pay level E1 Grade (Rs. 40000 to 140000)
- Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E./B. Tech Degree in Engineering or Technology/ AMIE with at least 65% marks, as per the respective institute/university norms. (55% marks for SC/ ST/ PwBD Candidates)
- GATE 2025: Candidates must have appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)- 2025.
