Project Brief & Job Responsibilities
The project implements a "Participatory Learning and Action" approach to address demand-side discrepancies regarding Zero Dose children in selected villages of Meghalaya.
- Key Duties:
- Carry out day-to-day project activities at the assigned site under project coordinator supervision.
- Coordinate with local health system actors and project staff to execute activities.
- Monitor and provide hands-on training to community health workers.
- Conduct Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) meetings in assigned villages and train local facilitators.
- Coordinate survey logistics, scheduling, mapping out locations, and managing transportation.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Coordinator.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized university/institute.
- Desirable Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or a related health discipline.
- Essential Experience: Around 02+ years of experience required.
- Desirable Experience: Proven experience working within health systems or development-related projects.
