Upper Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026)

The age criteria for different profiles are strictly calculated as of 1st April 2026. Please ensure you fall within the following brackets:

  • Junior Executive (Engineering): 32 Years
  • Junior Executive (Accounts): Minimum 30 Years and Maximum 35 Years
  • Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): 32 Years
  • Secretary BPCL: 32 Years
  • Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): 35 Years
  • Associate Executive (Official Language): 35 Years
Note on Relaxations: Age relaxations apply for SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), and PwBD (10 years) as per Government of India directives. The cumulative relaxation across categories is limited to a maximum of 10 years.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

1. Junior Executive (Engineering)

  • Education: Candidate must have passed a Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University.
  • Minimum Marks: 55% aggregate percentage (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of continuous post-qualification relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role in sectors like Oil & Gas, Refineries, or Petrochemicals.

2. Junior Executive (Accounts)

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) AND must have passed the CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate from the respective institutes.
  • Important Note: Candidates who have already passed the Final examination of CA/CMA are NOT eligible to apply.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance functions such as Taxation, Cost Accounting, or Auditing.

3. Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BMS, or BHM with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Facility Management, QSR, Food & Beverage chains, or Retail Store Operations.

4. Secretary BPCL

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (3-year course) with 55% marks. Additionally, candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in both Class X and Class XII (50% for reserved categories).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a Secretarial Assistant, Secretary, or similar professional roles.

5. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)

  • Education: M.Sc (Chemistry) with specialization in Chemistry, Organic, Physical, Inorganic, Analytical, or Polymer Chemistry.
  • Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a laboratory environment within the Petroleum, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industry.

6. Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation)

  • Education: Master’s degree in Hindi with a minimum 55% marks. Candidates must have studied English as a subject in Class XII or during Graduation.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in professional translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa.

Salary & Emoluments

  • Junior Executive & Secretary: Pay Scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹12.28 Lakhs per annum).
  • Associate Executive: Pay Scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹17.11 Lakhs per annum).
