Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) OR Bachelor of Science in Public Health (B.Sc. Public Health).
- Desirable Experience:
- Basic knowledge of research methods and community-based field activities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in the local Khasi language is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with qualitative and social science research techniques.

- Assist in organizing community training sessions for SHG members and research team staff.
- Handle administrative and documentation tasks for review by project management.
