Academic Qualifications & Age
- Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as on 31st December 2026.
- Academic Record: Passed 10+2/12th standard or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.
- Minimum Marks: Minimum aggregate of 50% for the General category and 40% for ST/SC/OST categories in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.
- State Quota Eligibility: Candidates must be ST/SC/OST certificate holders of Meghalaya or General permanent residents holding a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC).
- Important Restriction: Candidates who applied in Round 1 or Round 2 and were selected but did not take admission are ineligible to reapply. Unselected applicants from Round 1 and Round 2 can reapply without paying fresh application fees.

- Complete online registration by submitting basic details and valid contact information.
- Fill out the application form with accurate personal details, academic marks, and NEET-UG 2026 score details.
- Upload all required documents, including Age Proof, NEET-UG Score Card & Admit Card, 10th & 10+2 Marksheets, ST/SC or PRC Certificate (for State Quota), and Passport Photos. NRI applicants must upload NRI status certificates, passport/visa details, sponsorship documents, and MCC-prescribed affidavits.
