Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- For Project Coordinator:
- Must hold a Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in enterprise promotion, startup incubation, livelihood programs, entrepreneurship development, or rural development projects is required.
- Note: Proficiency or knowledge of local languages of Meghalaya will be considered an added advantage.
- For Field Investigator:
- Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience in community-based development projects, surveys, or field research is preferred.
- Fresh Postgraduates with strong capability and a willingness to perform extensive field work are also eligible to apply.{inAds}
Important Guidelines & Selection Process
- Tenure: Appointments are purely contractual for a duration of one year and co-terminus with the project duration.
