Eligibility Criteria for ICAR ATARI Umiam YP-II Recruitment
Essential Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the Young Professional-II post must hold a Post Graduate degree in Agricultural Sciences / Animal Science / Fishery Science and allied sciences.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in Agricultural Research and Development Projects.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and the use of AI tools for design.
- Expertise in statistical techniques for data analysis.
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
Salary and Benefits
- Selected candidates for the Young Professional-II (YP-II) post will receive a fixed consolidated emolument of Rs. 42,000/- per month.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): No HRA will be provided.
Important Terms and Conditions
- Nature of Job: The engagement is purely contractual and co-terminus with the project/scheme. It does not confer any right or claim for regular appointment in ICAR.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
- NOC Requirement: Applicants already employed in central/state government or private sectors must produce a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from their present employer at the time of the interview.
- The period and duration of the scheme are tentative and subject to change.
- The decision of the Director, ICAR-ATARI, Zone-VII, Umiam shall be final and binding.{inAds}
