Qualification Criteria & Eligibility Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Applicants must possess a First Class M.Sc / M.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or allied subjects.
Desirable Qualifications
- Working experience in a Food Testing Laboratory or National Level Laboratory.
- Knowledge of instruments such as HPLC, DSC, Particle Size Analyzer, Spectrophotometric, and FT-IR.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like FSSAI, BIS, ISO, and statistical tools for science and technology.
Selection Process & General Terms
- Selection Method: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and CV, followed by a Personal Interview scheduled for August 14, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must bring all original documents along with self-attested photocopies to the interview.
- Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the personal interview.
