- Essential Qualification:
- PhD in Public Health, Social Sciences, Management, Public Health Nursing, Health Administration/Management or an equivalent degree from a recognized University OR
- Master’s in Public Health, Social Sciences, Management, Public Health Nursing, Health Administration/Management or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with 2+ years experience in managing or coordinating projects, ideally in the same sector (e.g., public health, research, social work).
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of local language (Khasi, Pnar, Garo).
- Proficiency in both written and oral communication in the local language and English.
2. Post Name: Field Research Assistant (Project Technical Support)
- No of posts: 6
- Location: Khasi/Jaintia Hills (4) and Garo Hills (2)
- Essential Qualification:
- GNM/BSc Nursing/Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Knowledge of local language (Khasi, Pnar, Garo).
- Desirable:
- Fluency in English is an asset.
- Clinical/Field/Laboratory experience is an asset.
3. Post Name: Research Fellow
- No of posts: 1
- Essential Qualification: MSc in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
- Desirable:
- PhD in the above subjects.
- Previous experience of molecular surveillance.
- Fluency in local language.
