- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to work with diverse student backgrounds and industry sectors.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with database management.
- Knowledge of current job market trends and industry demands.
- Preferable language: English, Khasi and Pnar
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with employers, recruiters, and industry leaders.
- Guide students in career planning. resume development, and interview preparation.
- Organize and manage campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Maintain updated placement records, employer databases, and generate periodic reports.
- Collaborate with training teams to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Track placed candidates and collect employer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Research and identify new sectors and opportunities for student placements.
