- Upper age limit: 25 years as on 23rd August 2025. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Salary: Pay Matrix Level-3, Rs 21700/- to 69100/-

- Essential Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th Class or equivalent exam.
- Other Qualification:
- For Constable (Carpenter, Plumber, Painter, Electrician, Pump Operator and Upholster):
- Two years certificate course from Industrial Training Institute in the trade or similar trade;
- or
- One year certificate course from Industrial Training Institute or Government affiliated Vocational Institute with at least one (year experience in the trade;
- For Constable (Cobbler, Tailor, Washerman, Barber, Sweeper, Khoji/Syce:
- Must be proficient in respective trade;
- Must qualify trade test in the respective trade conducted by recruitment board.
- For Constable (Cook, Water Carrier and Waiter): National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) level-I Course in food production or Kitchen from National Skill Development Corporation or from the Institutes recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.
