Essential Qualification:
# Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
# B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture or allied fields
# MBA in Agri Business or Rural Development
Experience:
# Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in agri-business development, rural development, community mobilization, or similar fields.
# Experience working with government or development agencies will be an added advantage.
# Strong fieldwork orientation and knowledge of the local context.
Skills and Competencies:
# Good understanding of agriculture and rural livelihoods.
# Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language (Khasi preferred).
# Proficient in MS Office and basic data management.
# Ability to work independently and lead district-level teams.
2. Post Name: Environmental Engineer

Location: West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya
Salary: Based on experience
Essential Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
# Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in conducting baseline environmental surveys, preferably in rural or hilly terrains.
# Familiarity with field survey instruments and environmental data analysis tools.
Preferred Skills:
# Strong fieldwork and documentation skills.
# Ability to work in remote areas and in coordination with local communities.
# Good communication skills in English and local languages (Khasi preferred).
# Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, data entry tools).
