Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Humanities, or a related discipline from any recognized institution.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in speaking Assamese and/or Hindi, alongside possessing strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

- Securing informed consent from participants and upholding ethical research values throughout the field timeline.
- Audio-recording interviews (with consent) and documenting meticulous field notes.
- Transcribing interview recordings verbatim and translating them accurately into English.
- Ensuring data security, privacy, and absolute confidentiality of all study documents and records.
- Assisting with survey administration through electronic data tools or paper forms as needed.
