Supported by the National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organization (NOTTO), these roles are focused on enhancing organ procurement and transplantation efforts in the region.

Organization: State Organ & Tissue Transplant Organization (SOTTO), NEIGRIHMS.
Location: Shillong, Meghalaya.
Employment Type: Purely contractual for an initial tenure of one year, extendable based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria & Essential Qualifications
1. Joint Director (Technical)
Vacancies: 1 Post.
Monthly Remuneration: 1,20,000.
Essential Qualifications: MBBS, MD/MS, or DM/MCH in any medical specialty or super specialty.
Experience Requirements: Six years of experience in the specialty for the non-teaching cadre or thirteen years for the GDO cadre. Candidates must have experience in organ donation and procurement at a supervisory level.
Additional Requirements: Participation in global, regional, or country meetings, symposiums, or workshops regarding organ procurement and transplantation, specifically on cadaveric donation issues.
Age Limit: Not above 62 years (relaxable in exceptional cases).
2. Consultant (IEC & Media)
Vacancies: 1 Post.
Monthly Remuneration: 60,000.
Essential Qualifications: Post-graduate degree in Mass Communication or Journalism.
Experience Requirements: Sufficient experience handling a Mass Media division within a Government setup or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).
Age Limit: Not above 40 years.
3. Transplant Coordinator
Vacancies: 1 Post.
Monthly Remuneration: 35,000.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate of any recognized system of medicine, or a Nurse, or a Bachelor's degree in Health Science.
Preferred Qualifications: Post-graduate in Social Science with a background or experience in Social Science.
Experience Requirements: Sufficient training in Tissue Banking. Preference will be given to those with previous work experience in a Tissue Bank.
Age Limit: Not above 40 years.
4. Programme Assistant or Data Entry Operator
Vacancies: 1 Post.
Monthly Remuneration: 25,000.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university.
Technical Skills: One-year Diploma in Computer Proficiency from a government-recognized institute.
Age Limit: Not above 40 years.
