Job Details & Eligibility Criteria

- Remuneration: Between ₹1,75,000/- to ₹2,00,000/- per month (for 20 days of engagement per month)
- Age Limit: Below 50 years of age
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree or PhD in Development Studies, Public Health, or Early Childhood Development from a reputable institution.
- Experience & Skills: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in program design and implementation. Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Knowledge of statistical tools (R/Stata/SPSS) is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication and policy note development skills are required.
Selection Process
The selection procedure will involve a Written/Technical Test followed by a Personal Interview. The written exam will cover Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English. Both the test and interview will take place exclusively in Shillong. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection rounds.
