Post-wise Vacancy Details, Salary & Qualifications
1. Software Engineer
- Total Posts: 2
- Place of Posting: Shillong
- Duration: 2 Years (renewable)
- Remuneration: Rs 45,000 per month + EPF
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science (B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech), Information Technology (B.E. / B.Tech), or related field OR Master's Degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science (M.Sc / M.E. / M.Tech), Information Technology (M.E. / M.Tech), or related field (preferred).
- Experience & Competencies: At least 1 year or more of relevant work experience in software/application development. Hands-on expertise in PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, API development/integration, Git/version control, and application security. Experience in healthcare or government supply-chain applications is an added advantage.
2. Coordinator (Supply Chain Management)

- Place of Posting: Shillong
- Duration: 2 Years (renewable)
- Remuneration: Rs 45,000 per month + EPF
- Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Public Health, Management, or a related field.
- Experience & Competencies: 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical/coordination skills.
3. Pharmacist
- Total Posts: 3
- Place of Posting:
- Sibbari, South Garo Hills (1 Post)

- Nongkhlaw, West Khasi Hills (1 Post)
- Duration: 2 Years
- Remuneration: Rs 41,500 per month + EPF
- Essential Qualification: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution or related field. Valid registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
- Experience & Competencies: Prior work experience in a similar field, full operational understanding of pharmacy practices, and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
4. Laboratory Technician

- Umsning (1 Post)
- Umran (2 Posts)
- Duration: 1 Year (renewable)
- Remuneration: Rs 20,400 per month + EPF
- Essential Qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology, Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, or Certificate Program in Lab Technology.
- Experience & Competencies: 2 or more years of laboratory experience in a certified or Government laboratory. Computer literacy and experience with Laboratory Information Systems are required.
Terms and Conditions
- Preference will be given to candidates who are domiciles of Meghalaya.
- All duty stations are generally non-transferable, except under urgent administrative conditions.
- Relaxation in minimum years of experience may be considered by the competent authority if fewer candidates meet the criteria.
- Candidates will undergo a screening process and may be required to sit for a written and/or practical test.
