1. Project Manager - Enterprise Development & Finance
Total Posts: 1 Vacancy (Shillong)
Salary: ₹46,800/- per month
Age Limit: Within 35 years of age (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates).
Educational Qualification & Experience: * Option A: Post Graduate Degree in Business Management - Finance/Commerce or a related field from a recognized institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes.
Option B: Graduate Degree in Business Management - Finance/Commerce or a related field with at least 5 years of working experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes.
Additional Skills: Experience working in Finance, Marketing, Banking, or Micro Finance Institutions (MFI); computer proficiency (Microsoft Packages, Google Suite); and fluency in English and local languages.
2. Project Manager - Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (PM-SVEP)
Total Posts: 1 Vacancy (Shillong)
Salary: ₹46,800/- per month
Age Limit: Within 35 years of age (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates).
Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate Degree in Business Management - Finance/Mathematics/Commerce or a related field.
Experience required: Minimum of 3 years working in either a Business/Producer Organization, Livelihoods-related Projects, Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, or a project similar to the Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP).

3. Project Manager - Livestock & Fisheries

Educational Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc), or a Master's Degree in Animal Science / Fisheries / Livestock Management or related fields.

Educational Qualification & Experience: Degree in B.Tech / M.Tech / BSc. Computer Science / IT / MCA from a recognized institution.
Experience required: Minimum 2 years of active experience in Data Entry, MIS Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting.

Important General & Eligibility Guidelines
Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks from their respective recognized Universities or Institutions.
Language Preference: Candidates who can speak, read, and write fluently in local languages will be given clear preference.
Age Relaxation: In addition to the standard 5-year relaxation for SC/ST candidates, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) can claim an age relaxation of 10 years (15 years for SC/ST PWDs) based on Government policy.

Selection and Recruitment Process
