3. Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 (two) years of grass-root experience on right-based issues at the Block/Cluster Level.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting social audits for at least the past one year.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience in operating Android mobile devices.
- Preference: Preference will be given to local residents with a domicile in South West Garo Hills District and proficiency in the Garo language.
4. Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates (up to a maximum age limit of 40 years).
5. Remuneration & Salary
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000/- per month.
- Travel Allowance: Travel allowances as per SAU norms based on duties performed @ ₹2,000/- per month.
- Probation Period: Successful candidates will be placed on a 6-month probation period. Remuneration during probation will be paid at 90% of the total cost as advertised.{inAds}
Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the post will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Report regularly to the office of the Block Development Officer (C&RD Block) and perform day-to-day tasks.
- Supervise and monitor Village Social Audit Resource Persons (VSARPs) at the field level (10 to 15 days in a month).
- Coordinate with District Administration and block-level implementing departments for conducting social audits under Schedule-I of the MCPSSA Act.
- Assist in preparing the Social Audit Calendar and social audit PowerPoint presentations (PPT).
- Coordinate and attend Social Audit Public Hearings at the Cluster/Block level.
- Verify, compile, and submit social audit reports into the SA mobile app dashboard and MIS verification formats.
