Complete Eligibility Criteria
To successfully qualify for this recruitment process, candidates must belong to the organized or subordinate Finance/Accounts Services, or serve in the regular Finance/Account Departments of Central/State Government, Central Statutory bodies, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Applicants must satisfy any one of the following structural regular service benchmarks:
- Option A: Officers currently holding an analogous post on a regular basis within their parent cadre or department.
- Option B: Officers possessing at least 5 years of regular, continuous service rendered after appointment in Pay Level-12 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 78,800 - 209,200 equivalent) in the parent cadre or department.
- Option C: Officers possessing at least 10 years of regular, continuous service rendered after appointment in Pay Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700 - 208,700 equivalent) in the parent cadre or department.
Important Terms, Conditions & Tenure
- Initial Deputation Period: The selected officer will initially be appointed for a timeline of one year, which can be extended up to a maximum period of five years depending on periodic performance reviews.
- Rules & Allowances: Pay scales and other terms will directly follow the provisions laid down under the Government of India, DOPT O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay.II) dated 17th June 2010, including its timely amendments.
- Absorption Exemption: A formal exemption to the standard Rule of immediate absorption has been duly granted by the Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare.
