Meghalaya MIDC Recruitment 2026- The Meghalaya Industrial Development Corporation Ltd invites online applications for the posts of Assistant Manager and Junior Assistant. The last date for submission of the application is 15.04.2026.
1. Post Name: Assistant Manager
- No of posts: 8 [UR:1, KJ:4, G:3]
- Age limit: 18 to 32 years as on 01.01.2026. Upper age relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
- Salary: Pay level 17 of the pay structure
- Essential Qualification:
- B.E. (Civil)/ Equivalent to RE (Civil) & B. Arch. (6 nos of posts)
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience
- MBA (Finance)/ M.Com from a recognized university or institution (2 nos of posts)
- Minimum 2 (two) years of relevant post-qualification experience in:
- i. Preparation and finalization of financial statements
- ii. Loan appraisal and financial analysis
- iii. Working knowledge of TDS compliance and GST return filing.
2. Post Name: Junior Assistant
- No of posts: 7 [UR:1, KJ:3, G:3]
- Age limit: 18 to 32 years as on 01.01.2026. Upper age relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
- Salary: Pay level 9 of the pay structure
- Essential Qualification: Degree from a recognized university or institution.
How to apply for Meghalaya MIDC Recruitment 2026?
Candidates are required to register themselves through the website https://www.midc.megindustry.gov.in or https://rpa.meghalaya.gov.in using a valid email ID. The email ID will also be used for all future correspondence by the office, if required.
A Unique Application code will be generated for each of the post applied. The application code shall be used for all future correspondence with the office.
Candidates can apply for the said post(s) w.e.f 02.03.2026 (10:00 hrs) till 15.04.2026 (23:00 hrs), after which the link will be disabled.
Selection Procedure
The selection method consists of 2 (two) stages:
- Written Test and
- Personal Interview.
Written Test for Assistant Manager consists of the following subjects in MCQ pattern
- General English: 120 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning: 120 Marks
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 80 Marks
- Basic Computer: 80 Marks
- Subject paper (Engineering/Finance & Banking): 100 Marks
Written Test for Junior Assistant consists of the following subjects in MCQ pattern
- General English: 130
- Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning: 130
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 120
- Basic Computer: 120
Candidates who are declared to have passed the Written Test shall be eligible to the Personal Interview. Ratio to be called for Personal Interview will be as decided by the Meghalaya Industrial Development Corporation Ltd, and the decision shall be final.
Place of posting
The initial place of posting will be the Head Office, Shillong, and transfer as deemed fit by the Corporation
Application Fee
- For the post of Assistant Manager, the fees are 1,000.00 (500 for ST/SC)
- For the post of Junior Assistant, the fee is 800.00 (400 for ST/SC)
