Eligibility Criteria and Details
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Candidates appearing in the final examination or awaiting results may also apply provisionally, provided they produce proof of passing at the time of the interview.
Age Limit and Relaxations
The upper age limit is 30 years as of the closing date, May 20, 2026. Age relaxations are applicable as follows:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- Central Government Servants: 5 years
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix, ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month. Additionally, officers are entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, and free medical facilities. Candidates can choose between the New Pension Scheme (NPS) or the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS).

Selection Process
The recruitment process involves several stages to ensure the selection of the most capable candidates:
- Physical Standard Test (PST): Verification of height, weight, and chest measurements.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Includes 100m race, 800m race, long jump, and shot put (qualifying in nature).
- Written Examination: Two papers (Paper-I: MCQ/CBT and Paper-II: Subjective Civil Engineering).
- Documentation: Verification of original certificates and testimonials.
- Interview (Personality Test): 50 marks, assessing professional knowledge, experience, and personality.
- Medical Examination (DME/RME): Final fitness assessment.
