1. Senior Technical Expert

- Essential Qualification: Graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Renewable, or Sustainable Energy. (Postgraduate degree in Renewable/Sustainable Energy or related engineering is preferred).
- Essential Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy projects, government schemes, DPR preparation, tendering, procurement, and contract management.
- Monthly Emolument: ₹51,597/- plus allowances

2. Technical Assistant

- Essential Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Engineering degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Electronic & Instrument, and Energy or related discipline.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in project implementation, site supervision, technical monitoring, or infrastructure/renewable energy projects.
- Monthly Emolument: ₹39,000/- plus allowances

- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
- Contract Duration: 01 year (renewable based on performance and project continuance).
- Selection Process: Written test/assignment (comprising Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English), followed by a personal interview in Shillong.
