Educational Qualification

  • Applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a relevant field/discipline.{inAds}

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in public health programmes, healthcare systems strengthening, Human Resources for Health (HRH) management, health programme implementation, monitoring, or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience in health data management, analysis, and reporting using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of national and state health programmes and public health systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality frameworks, quality improvement tools, and quality assurance processes (preferably NQAS/IPHS or equivalent standards).
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis or reporting tools.

Core Responsibilities & Key Skills

The selected Program Associate will be responsible for driving quality healthcare initiatives in the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of healthcare and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in Human Resources for Health (HRH) planning, monitoring, and workforce-related analysis.
  • Develop, track, and analyze KPIs to support overall programme performance and decision-making.
  • Strengthen data management systems to ensure timely compilation, validation, and reporting of data.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to generate performance dashboards, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate efficiently with stakeholders for programme implementation, follow-up actions, and performance reviews.
