1. General Manager
Vacancy: 01
Salary: Rs. 30,000/- per month
Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate, or Diploma in Business, Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany, or Management-related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years in the agriculture or horticulture sector with a focus on value chain and business development.
Requirements: Must be from Jaintia Hills and proficient in the local language.
2. Operation Manager
Vacancy: 01
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month
Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate, or Diploma in Agriculture, Business, Supply Chain, or Economics.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in agriculture, community mobilization, logistics, or marketing.
Requirements: Must be from Jaintia Hills and proficient in the local language.
3. Accountant
Vacancy: 01
Salary: Rs. 22,000/- per month
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts, audit, or compliance.

4. Field Executive / Quality Assurance Executive
Vacancy: 02
Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Diploma in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related fields.
Experience: Fieldwork or farmer coordination experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Requirements: Must be from Jaintia Hills and willing to travel frequently to work with farmers.
General Requirements and Skills
All candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint, is essential. The upper age limit for all applicants is 45 years.
