1. Assistant Manager (Economic Growth)

- Monthly Pay: Rs. 31,200/- per month + HRA & Mobile Allowance + EPF contributions
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Economics / Statistics / Data Analytics / Data Science / Public Policy / Development Studies or Management / MBA or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in research and data analysis on economic development, public policy research, development programmes, or relevant fields, along with multi-stakeholder coordination experience.
- Key Skills: Leadership, team management, program management, problem-solving, analytical writing, synthesis skills, and workshop design.
2. Programme Associate (Economic Growth)
- No. of Vacancies: 01 Post
- Place of Posting: Shillong
- Monthly Pay: Rs. 22,100/- per month + HRA & Mobile Allowance + EPF contributions
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Economics / Statistics / Data Analytics / Data Science / Public Policy / Development Studies or Management / MBA or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Required Experience: At least 1 year of research or data analysis experience (exceptional fresh postgraduates may also apply).
- Key Skills: Focused research, data analysis, presentations, strong interpersonal communication, and proficiency in office software and spreadsheets.
Common Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Common Skills: Good written and verbal communication, and basic computer proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): Candidates currently in service must submit an NOC from their employer during the personal interview.

Selection Process
The selection procedure will be conducted in Shillong and consists of:
- Screening of Applications: Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
- Written / Technical Test: Evaluating Subject Matter Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, English Proficiency, and Computer Skills.
- Boot Camp & Personal Interview: Final evaluation for shortlisted candidates.
