Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities
The selected Project Coordinators will play a pivotal role in supporting children to achieve foundational literacy and numeracy skills through school and community-based learning interventions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting FLN and remedial learning sessions for children to improve learning outcomes.
- Assessing individual learning levels and systematically tracking student progress.
- Supporting Community-Based Learning Centres (CBLCs) and organizing learning camps.
- Identifying out-of-school and irregular track children and bringing them into mainstream education through bridge learning activities.
- Conducting regular parent-teacher meetings and home visits to encourage school attendance and retention.
- Coordinating smoothly with local schools, village community stakeholders, and the core project staff.{inAds}
