Key Job Roles and Core Responsibilities
- Drive clinic revenue, patient footfall, medical consultations, diagnostics, and pharmacy sales across assigned cluster locations.
- Formulate local sales drives, health awareness camps, and community outreach strategies.
- Direct and manage clinic teams including Doctors, ANMs, Nurses, Pharmacists, and support staff to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily billing, collections, patient footfall, and conversion metrics across all clinics.
- Build key operational relationships with Government departments, local institutions, and village stakeholders.
- Perform regular field visits to verify standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance and operational efficiency.
