DHTE Meghalaya CSAB NEUT 2026 Counseling Schedule for Engineering, Architecture & Pharmacy Seats

Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (DHTE), Shillong, Meghalaya has released the official admission notification for supernumerary seats in Engineering/Technology, Architecture, and Pharmacy Degree Courses for the 2026-2027 academic session. Allotments will be conducted through the CSAB-NEUT 2026 counseling process.

Eligible candidates seeking admission to North Eastern State quotas must register online, complete document verification, and fill in their preferences before the fast-approaching deadlines.

Important Rules & Guidelines for Applicants

Course Separation: Registration and choice filling for Engineering & Architecture are managed separately from Pharmacy.
Choice Locking: Candidates can only fill choices after successful registration and document verification. Remember to lock your choices before the deadline; otherwise, your last saved choices will be automatically locked.
Early Admission Option: Candidates who freeze their seats and receive a Provisional Admission Letter (PAL) after Round 1 or Round 2 can proceed directly to institute reporting without waiting for the entire CSAB NEUT process to end.
NATA Requirement: Applicants applying for Architecture courses must qualify for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
Spot Round Eligibility: Candidates who have confirmed seats and possess an admission letter from previous rounds cannot participate in the Spot Round unless they officially withdraw their seat within the given deadline.
Required Documents: Ensure you have ST/SC Certificates, Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC for Non-ST), Birth Certificate, Marksheets, All India Ranking, and PwD Certificate (if applicable) ready prior to registration.
