MSDMA Post-Wise Vacancy & Qualification Details
1. Supervisor
- Number of Vacancies: 1 (One)
- Monthly Salary: ₹35,000/- (Fixed)
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University (preferably with a technical background).
- Diploma in Computer Applications.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in a Government setting.
- Work experience in Disaster Management.
- Supervision experience in Call Centres / Telephonic operations will be preferred.
- Key Skills Required: Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MIS, AI-based productivity tools), strong interpersonal and coordination skills, ability to manage 24x7 shift operations, and experience in preparing situation reports (SITREPs).
2. Operator
- Number of Vacancies: 1 (One)
- Monthly Salary: ₹30,000/- (Fixed)
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum educational qualification: Class 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- Certificate Course in Computer Applications.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a Government setting.
- Work experience in a call management system, Call Centre, or Telephonic Helpline.
- Key Skills Required: Professional call-handling techniques, good communication and coordination skills, data entry skills, and willingness to work on a 24x7 shift basis (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).{inAds}
Age Limit Criteria
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 32 years
- Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates of Meghalaya.
Selection Process
