Detailed Post Breakdown and Eligibility Criteria
1. Counselor
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹44,900/- per month
- Age Limit: Above 28 years and below 50 years as on August 31, 2026.
- Essential Qualification:
- Master's Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology from a recognized University or Institution.
- One-year Diploma in Guidance & Counseling from a recognized University or Institution.
- Prior Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Guidance & Counseling/Counseling in any recognized School or Educational Institution.
- Desirable Qualifications: Certificate courses in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Skills, ADHD, Behavioural Issues and Learning Difficulties, Building Emotional Intelligence and Resilience, or Adolescence Education.
2. Hostel Superintendent
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,750/- per month
- Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 62 years as on August 30, 2026.
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.
- Prior Work Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Pay Level-3 (₹21,700/-) or above of the 7th CPC (or equivalent scale) in any recognized school OR Ex-Defense personnel with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Pay Level-3 or above.
- Desirable Qualifications: Master's Degree / B.Ed. Candidates should also have proficiency in the regional language (assessed during personal interaction).
Important Terms & Conditions
- Daily Cap: A maximum of 60 candidates per post will be interviewed per day based on their arrival and physical registration time at the venue. Remaining candidates will be interviewed the next day.
- Extension: If more than 60 candidates report on September 19, 2026, the interview date may be extended by one day if deemed necessary.
