Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification (As on 30.06.2026)
- Generalists: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Data Science, Agriculture, etc.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Hindi Officers: Master's degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject OR Master's degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Other combinations of Master's degrees with specific English/Hindi mediums as outlined in the official notification are also valid.
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers is mandatory for all positions.
2. Age Limit (As on 30.06.2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (Candidate must be born between 30.06.1996 and 30.06.2005, both days inclusive)
- Age Relaxations:
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 Years

Selection Scheme & Exam Pattern
Tier-I: Preliminary Examination (Objective - 100 Marks - 1 Hour)
- English Language: 30 Questions / 30 Marks (20 Minutes)
- Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions / 35 Marks (20 Minutes)
- Quantitative Aptitude: 35 Questions / 35 Marks (20 Minutes)
Tier-II: Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive)
- For Generalists: Objective exam of 200 questions worth 250 marks (150 minutes duration covering Reasoning, English, Quant, General Awareness with financial focus, and Computer Knowledge) + Descriptive Test in English (Letter & Essay) worth 30 marks (30 minutes).
- For Hindi Officers: Objective exam of 150 questions worth 200 marks (120 minutes covering English, Reasoning, Professional Knowledge, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge) + Descriptive Test in English & Hindi worth 50 marks (60 minutes).
Negative Marking: 1/4th (0.25) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for wrong objective answers.
