Meghalaya Super 25 Free Coaching 2026: The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong has released an official notification inviting applications from eligible permanent residents of the East Khasi Hills District for the Super 25 Free Coaching Classes for the Meghalaya Civil Services (MCS) Examination. This initiative aims to support local aspirants preparing for competitive civil services exams through structured guidance. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through online or offline modes before 30th October 2026 (5:00 PM).

Vacancy & Seat Reservation Details
A total of 25 seats are available under the Super 25 free coaching program with category-wise distribution:
- Unreserved: 4 Seats
- Khasi / Jaintia / Garo: 20 Seats
- Other SC / ST: 1 Seat
- Note: 50% reservation is earmarked for candidates belonging to mining-affected areas.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university and must have secured above 45% marks.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 1st October 2026. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 35 years for SC/ST candidates. Age will be verified based on the Matriculation or Birth Certificate.
- Income & Financial Criteria: Preference will be given to candidates from BPL families with a total family income of less than ₹3 Lakhs per annum. Parents of the applicant must not be in permanent service under the Government of India, Government of Meghalaya, Public Sector Banks, or Public Sector Enterprises.
- Residential Status: Applicants must be permanent residents of the East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya.
Selection Process
- The selection of candidates will be conducted strictly on merit through a Selection Test modeled on the Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) Preliminary Examination.
- The selection test is scheduled to be held on 7th November 2026, and detailed exam schedules will be notified in due course.
- Coaching sessions will be imparted entirely through English Medium.
