Eligibility Criteria for MEGNOLIA Recruitment 2026
Desired Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture & Horticulture from a recognized university or institution.
Required Work Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in implementing government schemes, rural development programs, organic farming initiatives, or livelihood projects.
- Local Preference: Preference will be accorded to local candidates from the respective districts.
- Core Skills: Experience in field coordination with farmers, FPOs/SHGs, community institutions, and district-level stakeholders. Prior experience in monitoring project activities, data management, documentation, and reporting.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with organic agriculture, value chains, certification processes, or agri-based livelihood programs is an added advantage.
- General Skills: Good written and verbal communication. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis is mandatory.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: Up to 28 years.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, Women, and Physically Handicapped candidates will be applicable as per the Government of India rules.
Selection Process
The selection strategy involves a multi-stage approach to evaluate candidate competency:
- Application Screening: Incomplete applications will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will receive information regarding further rounds via SMS/Email.
- Written/Assignment Test: The written exam will comprise questions covering Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates must appear for the interview round.
- Venue: Both the written test and personal interview will be held exclusively in Shillong. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.
