1. Position: Lead Instructional Designer (Curriculum Design and Instructional Design)

- Educational Qualifications:
- M.Tech or B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics, OR
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia / Mass Communication.
- Desirable Certifications: Diploma or certification in Audio-Visual production, digital media, or IT systems.
- Technical Skills Needed: Hands-on experience with computers, peripherals, networking basics, and audio-visual equipment (cameras, mics, lighting, mixers). Working knowledge of software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and OBS Studio is required alongside basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of working experience in a digital lab or media studio, supporting live streaming, recordings, or training programs. Experience in equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, and managing lab logs is essential.
- Soft Skills: Basic communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
- Preferred Extras: Exposure to LMS platforms/webinar tools and hardware/networking or Adobe certifications.
2. Position: Learning Designer

- Monthly Salary: ₹40,000/-
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia / Mass Communication.
- Desirable Certifications: Diploma or certification in Audio-Visual production, digital media, or IT systems.
- Technical & Design Skills: Hands-on experience with computers, AV equipment, and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, OBS Studio). Strong expertise in user experience (UX) design for e-learning platforms is a major requirement.
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences in media studios, digital labs, or live streaming training setups.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills and capability to troubleshoot issues for non-technical users.
- Preferred Extras: Exposure to LMS environments, webinar tools, or professional media/editing certifications.{inAds}
Age Limit & Relaxations
The age criteria will be calculated with reference to January 1, 2026.
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 32 Years
- SC/ST Candidates: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years (up to 37 years).
- Government Employees: There is no age bar for regular Government employees who entered service within the prescribed age limits.
