BPCL Recruitment 2025: The Bharat Petroleum invites online applications for the posts of Junior Executive (Engineering), Associate Executive (Engineering), Junior Executive (Accounts), Associate Executive (Quality Assurance) and Secretary BPCL. 1. Post Name: Junior Executive (Engineering)
- No of posts: Multiple
- Age limit: 32 years as on 01.05.2025.
- Salary: Pay scale Rs. 30000-120000 Rs. 11.86 Lakhs per annum at minimum of the pay scale
- Essential Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in related fields.
2. Post Name: Associate Executive (Engineering)
- No of posts: Multiple
- Age limit: 32 years as on 01.05.2025.
- Salary: Pay scale Rs. 40000-140000 Rs. 16.64 Lakhs per annum at minimum of the pay scale
- Essential Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E./ B.Sc (Engg) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in related fields.
3. Post Name: Junior Executive (Accounts)
- No of posts: Multiple
- Age limit: 35 years as on 01.05.2025.
- Salary: Pay scale Rs. 30000-120000 Rs. 11.86 Lakhs per annum at minimum of the pay scale
- Essential Qualification: Inter CA/ Inter CMA + Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in related fields.
4. Post Name: Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
- No of posts: Multiple
- Age limit: 32 years as on 01.05.2025.
- Salary: Pay scale Rs. 40000-140000 Rs. 16.64 Lakhs per annum at minimum of the pay scale
- Essential Qualification: M. Sc (Chemistry), with specialization in Organic/ Physical/ Inorganic/ Analytical chemistry.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in related fields.
5. Post Name: Secretary BPCL
- No of posts: Multiple
- Age limit: 32 years as on 01.05.2025.
- Essential Qualification: Class X, Class XII & Bachelor’s Degree (3- year course)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in related fields.

Selection Procedure
