RailTel Recruitment 2025: The RailTel Corporation of India Limited invites online applications for the posts of Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager Vacancy. The last date for submission of the application is 30th June 2025.

1. Post Name: Assistant Manager (Technical)

  • No of posts: 18 [UR:8, OBC:4, SC:4, ST:1, EWS:1]
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 years.
  • Salary: Pay scale Rs. 30,000-1,20,000/-. CTC: Rs.9 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
  • Essential Qualification: Diploma in Electronics or any other combination of Engineering branches, where Electronics is one of the branches, like, Electronics & Instrumentation; or M.Sc. (Electronics); or equivalent in Electronics. 
  • Experience: 5 years experience

2. Post Name: Deputy Manager [Technical (Network/IP)]

  • No of posts: 10 
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 years.
  • Salary: Pay scale Rs. 40,000- 1,40,000/-. CTC: Rs.12 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
  • Essential Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics & Telecom; or Telecom; or Computer Science; or Computer & Communication; or Information Technology; or Electrical; or Electronics; or any other combination of Engineering branches, where Electronics is one of the branches, like, Electronics & Instrumentation; or M.Sc. (Electronics); or MCA; or equivalent. 
  • Experience: 5 years experience
  • Mandatory Valid Certification: The candidate must have obtained certifications of CCNA, JNCIA, NRS I, or a higher-level certification of Cisco, Juniper and Nokia. 

3. Post Name: Deputy Manager [Technical (Network/IP)]

  • No of posts: 8
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 years.
  • Salary: Pay scale Rs. 40,000- 1,40,000/-. CTC: Rs.12 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
  • Essential Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics & Telecom; or Computer Science; or Computer & Communication; or Information Technology; or Electronics; or any other combination of Engineering 
  • Experience: 2 years experience

4. Post Name: Assistant Manager (Marketing)

  • No of posts: 8
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 years.
  • Salary: Pay scale Scale of pay: Rs.30,000-1,20,000/-. CTC: Rs.9 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
  • Essential Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Administration (2 years full time course) with specialization in Marketing/ Telecom/ IT or equivalent.
  • Experience: Nil

5. Post Name: Assistant Manager (Finance)

  • No of posts: 4
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 years.
  • Salary: Pay scale Rs.30,000-1,20,000/-. CTC: Rs.9 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
  • Essential Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Administration (2 years full time course) with specialization in Finance or equivalent. 
  • Experience: Nil
