ISRO Recruitment 2025: Indian Space Research Organization invites online applications for the position of Scientist/Engineer 'SC' in the following disciplines Civil, Electrical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and Architecture. The last date for submission of the application is 14.07.2025.
1. Post Name: Scientist/Engineer SC (Civil)
- No of posts: 18 [UR:7, OBC:4, SC:4, ST:1, EWS:2, Out of the above, 1 vacancy is identified for PwBD (Category ‘B’) backlog]
- Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
2. Post Name: Scientist/Engineer SC (Electrical)
- No of posts: 10 [UR:3, OBC:2, SC:2, ST:1, EWS:2]
- Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
3. Post Name: Scientist/Engineer SC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
- No of posts: 9 [UR:4, OBC:2, SC:3, (1-backlog) [Out of the above, 1 vacancy is identified for PwBD (Category ‘B’)- backlog]
- Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or allied subjects as electives or as a core subject in any of the semesters, with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
4. Post Name: Scientist/Engineer SC (Architecture)
- No of posts: 1 [UR:1]
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor degree in Architecture with an aggregate minimum of 65% or CGPA 6.84/10 and Valid Registration Certificate with Council of Architecture
5. Post Name: Scientist/Engineer SC (Civil)- Autonomous Body [PRL]
- No of posts: 1 [UR:1]
- Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Upper Age Limit
28 years as on 14.07.2025 (33 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 31 years in case of OBC candidates, against posts reserved for these categories). Serving Central Govt. employees, Ex-Servicemen; Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.

How to apply for ISRO Recruitment 2025, Scientist/Engineer?
Candidates may apply for multiple posts, subject to conditions. However, candidates applying for multiple posts should select common (same) written test Centres. Candidates have to make application fee payment separately for applications for all the posts. The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO website between 24.06.2025 and 14.07.2025.

Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily. The last date for submitting on-line application is 14.07.2025. In case of submission of multiple applications, the latest/last application submitted before the last date of submitting the application-i.e. 14.07.2025, for which payment is made shall be taken as final.
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 250/- ( Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for all the posts. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as processing fee. The processing fee will be refunded only to those candidates who appear in the written test as under:
- Rs. 750/- i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PwBD, Ex-Servicemen).
- Rs. 500/- i.e after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.
