Detailed Post Vacancy & Eligibility Criteria

1. Project Associate-I (PA-I)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, or relevant subjects.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in soil microbiology, molecular biology, and phylogenetic analysis.
• Fellowship / Monthly Remuneration:
  • Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA (as per DBT OM) for candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET-LS, GATE, or national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies.
  • Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA (as per DBT OM) for candidates without national competitive exam qualification.
• Upper Age Limit: 35 years.
• Tenure: Initially for six months, with a possibility of subsequent extensions up to a maximum of June 10, 2029, subject to satisfactory performance.

2. Field Assistant (FA)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Life Sciences or Agricultural Sciences.
• Desirable Qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology.
• Fellowship / Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- per month + HRA as per DBT OM.
• Upper Age Limit: 50 years.
• Tenure: Initially for six months, with a possibility of subsequent extension up to a maximum of June 10, 2027, subject to satisfactory performance.
