1. Post Name: Project Manager cum Technical Lead
- Qualifications: Master’s in Computer Science/IT or MBA (IT preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years (including 5 years in ICT/e-Governance. Experience in system architecture, modular design, and API security essential. PMP/Prince2 certification desirable.
2. Post Name: Business Analyst cum QA Expert
- Qualifications: MCA/ MBA/ Postgraduate in IT or Management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business analysis, documentation, user acceptance testing. Should have experience with BRD, SOP/user manual creation, and functional testing. CBAP/CCBA certification desirable.
3. Post Name: Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile)
- Qualifications: B.Tech/ MCA in CS/IT or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in full-stack development for enterprise/MIS systems. Must be proficient in frontend/backend development, API integrations, mobile-first delivery (Flutter/React Native), and database handling.
4. Post Name: Database & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- Qualifications: B.Tech in CS/IT or equivalent with relevant database/cloud certifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in DB design, cloud infra (AWS/Azure/Gov Cloud), DevOps (CI/CD), and compliance (Aadhaar/DBT). Must have experience in PostgreSQL/MySQL and cloud performance tuning.
5. Post Name: Training & Change Management Expert
- Qualifications: Postgraduate in Education/ IT/ HR/ Social Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in user training, capacity building, and ICT system rollout for government projects. Experience in multimedia content development and ToT delivery preferred.
6. Post Name: IT Support Engineer/ Junior Tech Associate
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in CS/IT or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–5 years in IT helpdesk or MIS/enterprise system support. Should have hands-on experience with ticketing tools and trouble shooting. Local language proficiency preferred.
