  • Essential Qualification: Graduate and above. Preference for candidates with experience working with farming communities.

    • Training & Capacity Building of Farmers
  • Additional Preferred Skills:

    • Report writing and documentation in local language and/ or English
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee and manage the Internal Control System (ICS) for organic certification.
    • Coordinate farmer group activities and ensure proper field documentation.
    • Monitor compliance with organic standards.
    • Support internal inspection and audit readiness
