- Essential Qualification:
- Graduate with 1-2 years for RP & 2-5 years for SRP relevant experience (NGO/social sector preferred)
- Basic knowledge of FLN and NIPUN Bharat frameworks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (English, Khasi & local language)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Boost student outcomes in basic literacy & numeracy (aligned with NIPUN Bharat & FLN goals).
- Transform classrooms with activity-based, print-rich, MGML teaching (math & local language).
- Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessments & usage of TLMs.
- Increase attendance & retention, prevent dropouts, and ensure smooth progression to higher grades.
- Run learning centers, mobile libraries, excursions, wellness & EduSports sessions.
- Manage student academic & health data (manual + digital), facilitate medical checkups/treatments.
