Comprehensive Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
Essential Requirement: Candidates must be a Graduate in Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related disciplines from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.
Preferred Qualification: Candidates holding a Master's Degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related disciplines will be given preference.
Additional Advantage: A Certificate Course in Statistics is highly preferred.
2. Required Work Experience
Grassroots Experience: A preferred 2 (two) years of grassroots experience on rights-based issues at the Village or Cluster Level Position.
Social Audit Experience: Practical knowledge and experience in conducting social audits for the past 1 (one) year.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in computer operations, along with basic knowledge in the operation of Android Mobile phones.
3. Age Limit & Relaxations
Upper Age Limit: 32 years.
Age Relaxation: At least 5 years of relaxation is applicable for SC/ST candidates.
Salary, & Perks Details
Monthly Base Salary: Rs. 12,000/- per month.
Travel Allowance: Additional allowances based on duties performed will be provided as per the SAU Norms up to Rs. 2,000/- per month.{inAds}
Essential Tasks & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The selected Block Resource Persons will report directly to the office of the Block Development Officer (Community & Rural Development Block) on a regular basis to perform day-to-day tasks. Core duties include:
Field Monitoring: Supervision and monitoring of Village Social Audit Resource Persons (VSARPs) at the block level, including mandatory field stays at the village level for 10 to 15 days in a month.
Inter-Departmental Liaison: Coordination with implementing departments at the block level and the District Administration for social audits of schemes and programmes under Schedule 1 of the MCPSSA Act, as well as other State and Central Government schemes.
Planning & Scheduling: Team cooperation with DSARP & VSARPs during the preparation of the comprehensive Social Audit Calendar.
Reporting & Documentation: Verifying, compiling, and submitting social audit reports reported in the dashboard to the DSARP within 15 days of the completion of the Social Audit Public Hearing.
Presentations & Public Hearings: Coordinating for social audit public hearings at the Cluster/Block level, preparing PowerPoint presentations (PPT), and actively attending the public hearings.
Daily Dashboard Management: Printing and distributing the Social audit MIS verification Format to VSARPs and daily checking reports submitted in the SA mobile app dashboard.
