- Essential Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in respective fields/subject after obtaining a medical qualification included in Schedule I & II of the 3rd Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qa ualification included in Part II of the 3rd Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(B) of the Act)
- Satisfactory completion of the compulsory internship after MBBS.
- The candidate must be registered with any State Medical Council/NMC.

- MCI/NMC Eligibility certificate for candidate(s) passing from foreign medical Institutions.
- Result of screening test for Indian nationals with Foreign Medical Qualification issued by the National Board of Examinations.
- MD/MS/DNB passed certificate
- Medical Registration Certificate for MBBS/MD/MS/DNB.
- NOC from the present employer (if employed)
- Experience Certificate (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate issued by the competent authority, Aadhar card, voter ID, and Passport
- Character Certificate
