KV NEPA Barapani Recruitment 2026- PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya NEPA Barapani invites eligible and interested candidates to attend the walk-in interview for the below-mentioned Teaching and Non-Teaching jobs. Walk-in-interview on 11.03.2026.
1. Post Name: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
Essential Qualification:
- 1. Two years’ Integrated
- Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of the Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject;
- OR
- Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects:
- (a) PGT (English)- English
- (b) PGT (Hindi) – Hindi or Sanskrit with Hindi as one of the subjects at the graduate level.
- (c) PGT (Maths) Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics
- (d) PGT (Physics)–Physics / Electronics/Applied Physics/ Nuclear Physics.
- (e) PGT (Chemistry) Chemistry/ Bio. Chem.
- (f) PGT (Biology) - Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/Bio Sciences/ Genetics/Microbiology/Bio Technology/ Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology, provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at the graduation level.
- (g) PGT (Commerce) – Master’s Degree in Commerce. However, holders of the M.Com in Applied/Business Economics shall not be eligible.
- (h) PGT (Economics) – Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics.
- (i) PGT (Geography)- Geography
- (j) PGT (HISTORY)- History
- 2. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university
- 3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
- Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
2. Post Name: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) (Computer Science)
- Essential Qualification: At-least 50 % marks in aggregate in any of the following;
- 1. B.E./ B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognized by the Govt of India.
- OR
- B.E or B. Tech. (any stream) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from a recognized University
- OR
- M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University.
- OR
- B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and a post-graduate degree in the subject from a recognized University
- OR
- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and a Post Graduate degree in any subject from a recognized University.
3. Post Name: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
- Essential Qualification:
- 1) Four years’ Integrated degree course of the Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate:
- OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. The elective subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects are as follows:
- a) For TGT (Sanskrit): Sanskrit as a subject in all three years.
- b) For TGT (Hindi): Hindi as a subject in all three years.
- c) For TGT (English): English as a subject in all three years.
- d) For TGT (Social Science) Any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics, and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography.
- e) For TGT (Maths) - Bachelor's Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, and Statistics.
- f) For TGT (Science)- Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry.
- 2) B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university
- 3) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Level 2), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
- 4) Proficiency in teaching in both Hindi and English medium
- Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications
4. Post Name: Computer Instructor
- Essential Qualification:
- 1. B. E or B. Tech. (Computer Science) /BCA/MCA/M. Sc (Computer Science), M. Sc (Electronics with computer science component), M. Sc (IT) /B.Sc. (Computer Science)
- OR
- Bachelor’s /Master's Degree in any Science subject/Mathematics from a Govt. recognized University with post graduate diploma in computer application from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
- OR
- Post Graduate Degree in any subject with a post graduate diploma in computer application from a Govt. recognized University/ ‘O ‘Level from DOEACC
- OR
- Post Graduate Degree in any subject with a minimum ‘A ‘Level from DOEACC.
- 2. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.
5. Post Name: PRTs
- Essential Qualification:
- 1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (e.g., BSTC/JBT)
- OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.)
- OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
- OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- 2. Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET Level 1)
- 3. Proficiency to teach through Hindi and English Media.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications
6. Post Name: Yoga Teacher
- Essential Qualification: Graduate in any subject or equivalent from a recognized University. One-year training in Yoga from a Recognized Institution.
7. Post Name: Doctor
- Essential Qualification: Minimum MBBS & having valid registration with MCI (Payment Rs. 1000/- Per Day for Two Hours). Bilingual (Hindi/English) competence.
- Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
8. Post Name: Nurse
- Essential Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing. OR Senior Secondary/Intermediate and Three Years Diploma in GNM/ Nursing or equivalent.
- Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications. Payment: 750/- Day
9. Post Name: Counsellor
- Essential Qualification: BA/B.Sc. (Psychology) with a Certificate of Diploma in Counselling
- Desirable:
- Minimum one-year experience in Providing Career/Educational Counselling to students at schools
- OR
- Working knowledge and experience in Placement Bureaus
- OR
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India as a Vocational Counsellor.
10. Post Name: Sports Coach
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or equivalent. With 50% Marks
11. Post Name: Classical Dance
Essential Qualification:
- i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent, and Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Dance or equivalent from a recognized University.
- ii) Competence to teach through English/Hindi media. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer
12. Post Name: Instrumental Music
- Essential Qualification:
- i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent, and Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumental Music or equivalent from a recognized University.
- ii) Competence to teach through English/Hindi media.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications
13. Post Name: Art & Craft
- Essential Qualification: Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate from recognize Institute and Professional competency in the concerned field.
14. Post Name: Data Entry Operator
- Essential Qualification: Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institution
- Desirable: Knowledge of Tally accounting software. Typing in Hindi and English
