- Total Posts: 3 (One each for Khasi, Garo, and Jaintia)
- Location: Shillong, Meghalaya (Regular travel across districts)

Required Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in ECE, Education, Child Development, or related fields.
- Fluency in Khasi / Garo / Jaintia (depending on the position) and working proficiency in English.
- 1-3 years of experience in ECCE curriculum development, teacher training, or teaching.
- Strong familiarity with local culture and early learning practices in Meghalaya.
- Comfortable with digital tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to districts for user testing and training sessions.
2. Post Name: Executive - Customer Service Executive
- Total Posts: Multiple
- Languages: Khasi & Garo (Speaking & Writing Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls, messages, and user research calls.
- Identify user needs and provide accurate educational solutions.
- Maintain call logs, daily trackers, and meet performance targets (CSAT, Resolution Time).
- Help translate and validate educational content in Khasi & Garo.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, and State Ops teams for issue resolution.
