Vacancy Details and Salary
PNB is looking to recruit skilled professionals for the following positions. In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to DA, CCA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, Medical Insurance, and Retirement Benefits as per Bank rules:
- Officer - Civil Engineer (JMG Scale I): 21 Vacancies (SC-3, ST-1, OBC-5, EWS-2, UR-10)
- Officer - Electrical Engineer (JMG Scale I): 07 Vacancies (SC-1, OBC-1, UR-5)
- Officer - Mechanical Engineer (JMG Scale I): 02 Vacancies (UR-2)
Eligibility Criteria (As of 01.01.2026)
Candidates must meet the following age and educational requirements to be eligible for the PNB Specialist Officer recruitment:
1. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Upper age relaxation is applicable: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
2. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Civil Engineer: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. A minimum of one year post-qualification experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
- Electrical Engineer: B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks. Must have at least one year of post-qualification experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineer: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks. Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required.
Selection Process
The selection for these Specialist Officer posts will be conducted through:
- Online Written Test: Tentatively scheduled for 27th May 2026.
- Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying the written test will be shortlisted for the interview based on their performance in the Professional Knowledge section.
