Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a regular full-time degree from a recognized University or Institute with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates).
Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/E&T/Industrial): Relevant Degree in Engineering.
System: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science/IT or MCA.
Geology: M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology or Applied Geology/Geophysics.
Rajbhasha (Hindi): MA in Hindi with 60% marks and Graduation with Hindi and English as main subjects.
Company Secretary: Graduation with CS qualification and Associate/Fellow membership of ICSI.
Age Limit (as of April 30, 2026) The upper age limit is 30 years for General (UR) and EWS candidates. Relaxations are provided as follows:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 to 15 years, depending on category
Salary and Service Bond
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will start in E-1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000. The initial basic pay is ₹60,000 per month during the one-year training period.
Benefits: Includes DA, HRA, perquisites under a cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, and pension schemes.
Service Bond: Candidates must serve the company for at least 60 months and execute a service agreement bond of ₹3 Lakhs at the time of joining.

SC/ST/PwBD/CIL Employees: Exempted from fee payment.
